Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

Clariopilot (“the Service”) is a personal control plane for planning, generating, scheduling, and measuring social-media content across connected platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only with accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and only in compliance with the terms and policies of each connected platform (including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms, and the TikTok Developer Terms). You are responsible for the content you publish through the Service.

Connected accounts

Connecting a platform authorizes the Service to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant (for example, uploading videos or reading analytics). You can revoke that access at any time from the platform’s own app/permissions settings, which immediately stops the Service from accessing that account.

Content responsibility

You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring it is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe others’ rights. The Service does not claim ownership of anything you create or publish.

Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. These terms may be updated; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken by a connected third-party platform.
