Privacy Policy

Clariopilot (“the Service”) is a single-operator tool for managing social-media content across connected platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. This policy explains what data the Service handles and how.

What we collect

• Account & sign-in: your email and basic profile from Google sign-in, used only to authenticate you to the Service.
• Connected-platform credentials: the OAuth access/refresh tokens you grant when connecting YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok. These are stored encrypted at rest and used solely to perform the actions you request (publishing, scheduling, reading analytics).
• Platform data: account and content metadata returned by those platforms — for example follower counts, video lists, and per-post analytics — stored to power your dashboard.

How we use it

Data is used only to operate the features you ask for: generating, scheduling, and publishing content, and showing you analytics. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles for third parties.

Third-party platforms

When you connect a platform, your use of that platform remains governed by its own privacy policy (Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram, and TikTok). The Service only accesses the scopes you explicitly grant and acts within them.

Data retention & deletion

Tokens and synced data persist while an account is connected. Disconnecting an account or revoking access from the platform’s settings stops further access; you may request deletion of your stored data at any time using the contact below, and connected-account tokens are removed when you disconnect.

Security

Platform tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest, and all data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to the underlying database is restricted to the Service.
